Facilitating the Claims Reporting Process
Care Providers Insurance Services offers dedicated claims handling and management to assist insureds throughout their entire policy process. Our goal is to facilitate the most favorable resolution as efficiently as possible, so insureds can focus on taking care of their clients.
Our in-house claims team works with experts at Athens to ensure that all claims are managed properly. We also serve as the insured’s advocate and are available to our agency partners to answer any questions that arise during the claims process.

ATHENS CLAIMS CENTER:
FOR ALL PROPERTY/CASUALTY CLAIMS
All claims regardless of severity or location should be reported. The Athens Administrators Claims Intake Center is ready to accept new losses and provides multiple ways for you to submit new loss reports:

Notices that do not require action (“incident reports”) should be clearly marked “REPORT ONLY”.
The Athens Claims Intake Center will review all claims notices upon receipt and assign to the handling clams office. A claim acknowledgment will then be transmitted to the designated individual advising of the Athens claim number and adjuster assigned to the claim.
*If after hours emergency claims service is required, please advise the call center agent who will advise Athens to dispatch an on-site adjuster.
